Riley is a technology consultant who implements Microsoft enterprise systems for leading organizations, carrying complex builds from requirements through go-live. He studied Enterprise Technology at Pennsylvania State University. At Spitznas & Hoff he leads product and design, building the platform end to end so small businesses run on enterprise-grade systems they have never had access to.

Andrew Hoff

CO-FOUNDER · STRATEGY & DELIVERY

Andrew is a strategy consultant at Deloitte with experience spanning Fortune 500 enterprises to early-stage startups, helping organizations tackle complex challenges and execute high-stakes transformations. He studied Finance and Economics at Penn State's Schreyer Honors College. At Spitznas & Hoff he leads strategy and delivery, bringing that same rigor to small businesses to close revenue leaks through practical AI automation.
